Update

Most of the customer accounts were upgraded to the new version of the platform and our team is now focusing on making the proposals sync more stable and accurate; The new data sync still has known issues:
- Dashboard inaccuracies: missed replies, missed views, inaccurate pessimistic LRR/PVR, missing invitations data
- Invitations sync not operational
- Reply and invitation notifications missing or delayed

Our team continues on rolling out platform upgrades to fix Upwork data sync issue and inaccurate dashboard: currently over 75% of accounts running on full or partial data sync, the remaining accounts will be gradually upgraded - please stay tuned for messages from our support team requiring to replace some business managers.

The new data sync still has common issues:
- Dashboard inaccuracies: missed replies, missed views, inaccurate LRR/PVR, missing invitations data
- Reply and invitation notification delays

Fixing these issues is our highest priority.

Our team continues to roll out the upgrade to more accounts, currently roughly 60% of the accounts receiving partial dashboard updates; We identified a bug with some proposals not correctly shown as authored by Removed Account; We identified the bug on missing specialized profiles is still occurring; Like before, there are still expected inaccuracies for Dashboard metrics: PVR, proposal views and replies, delays in reply alerts until the full resolution of the incident.

Our team continues to upgrade the platform and enable the fix on more accounts. Nearly 40% of the accounts are now running new sync version and receive dashboard updates. We are continuing to test and improve dashboard sync: for now inaccuracies in LRR and PVR, missed proposals are expected; We have resolved the issue with specialized profiles not being properly collected for teams running on new sync.

- We have identified the issue with Laziza AI not preforming accurately without Upwork sync, recommended workaround is to temporarily switch to Sardor AI if you notice that Laziza is not picking up latest Upwork profile updates;

Our team will continue to work over the weekend to resolve the problem. We have started to roll out the update allowing to resume proposals and profile sync. Full recovery is expected by mid next week. Our team has made necessary changes to prevent future similar outages.

We are still working on the issue resolution. The first phase of the solution is planned to arrive on Wednesday with partial proposals sync restored. The full recovery and proposals sync is expected next week.

We are diligently working on resolving the issue. However, our initial temporary solutions failed to withstand the weekend tests. A comprehensive solution necessitates a significant upgrade to the platform, which could take anywhere from a few days to a full week to fully restore all GigRadar functions.

Update

We have identified and confirmed the issue and started to test the temporary solution. Our engineering team will be working over the weekends. Expected full resolution not earlier than Tue next week.

Current impact:
- Reply alerts (slack / telegram) paused
- Dashboard updates paused
- Proposal/invitations sync paused
- Invitation alerts paused

All other components, including auto bidding are functioning properly.

💡 GigRadar CRM (Chats) customers still receive real time reply alerts and AI auto-responses - because it operates independently of the paused sync.
